Installation day can be frustrating and initmidating with information overload and at the end of the day being left to figure more of it out on your own. When your equipment comes, it will be ready to scan and use right away. We take care of the creation of your Itero account and provide you with a laptop that is customized and integrated with your Itero scanner for the best user performance and experience.
We have a dedicated team to ensure the success and implementation of the scanner within your practice. On day one, we provide you and your team an 80 minute training covering full scanning and restorative prep scanning
You will be appointed a Digital Adoption Specialist to make this new implementation seamless. Unlimited training and support for you and your staff! This includes equipment and software troubleshooting, refresher training, and advanced training. We will make sure you are taken care of every step along the way.
